Welcome & Cultural Exploration of Cluj-Napoca
Day one begins with a welcome session at the TUCN campus, followed by a guided tour of Cluj-Napoca’s city centre. Students will visit key landmarks, explore the historic university district, and get oriented before the intense programme begins the next morning.
This is an opportunity to meet everyone in person, settle into the city, and start building the cross-institutional relationships that will shape the teamwork over the week.

Tassos Natsakis is an Associate Professor in the Automation Department at the Technical University of Cluj-Napoca (TUCN), where he leads research and teaching in robotics. His work spans robot modelling, kinematics, motion planning, and real-time control of robot manipulators.
